We DO NOT accept returns due to the customization of the products that are built based on your measurements. You may return unaltered products that for some reason you believe we have created an mfg error, within 10 days of delivery reciept for a full exchange. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
We highly recommend that you or someone you trust be there at the time of the delivery, this ensures that the delivery process goes smoothly. When you receive your shipment, Count and look closely at every single package to inspect for damage.
*If you receive a damaged box take a picture of it immediately and flag it to the delivery driver.
- It is extremely important that you note it on the receiving paperwork and that it is acknowledged by the delivery driver in stating this on the shipping receipt.
- FAX your noted shipping receipt of shipping damage or shortage to us at 828-639-8267. or scan and email to email@example.com
- A claim must be submitted ASAP by you, the customer to the courier. You, our customer are solely responsible for checking the delivered boxes and products for shortages or possible shipping damages.
- Please contact Cabinet Doors for less if you see an error. All damages and/or shortages must be reported within three days of carrier delivery receipt. To report these type discrepancies Call: 828-476-8898.
Claims on any order or material discrepancies MUST be made prior to any changes made to the product like FINISHING, HINGING, HANGING. We recommend that you inventory the products carefully to insure your order is complete and ready for the next step in the process prior to further action.
Products cannot be returned without prior written approval. If we do have a potential issue with your order, don’t worry we are here to help you complete the process. If we agree that a return is necessary, CDFL will make arrangements and issue a return shipping label for your package. This process ensures that any possible redo is placed in our manufacturing process ASAP, so you can get your order completed as quickly as possible. All Doors will need to be returned in their original condition to Cabinet Doors for Less manufacturing facility for inspection. Only manufacturing errors are remade, other discrepancies we can discuss. Any door that shows signs of exposure to moisture or signs of sun or heat exposure or has been finished, hung, or even hinged will not be accepted and voids our warranty. Additionally, if the products have any signs of job site neglect or are modified in any way will be considered accepted by you the buyer and cannot be returned. If a product is returned to us and we determine that the product is a manufacturing mistake the product will be made correctly and shipping charges will be reimbursed.

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
We can ship to virtually any address in the USA. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and we are currently not shipping to Hawaii.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the production schedules and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
